The Georgia Renaissance Festival is held in Fairburn, Georgia, from April 19 through June 8, 2014. The Faire is open from 10:30 am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays as well as Memorial Day.
The Georgia Renaissance Festival is a flight of fancy that you can view as a spectator, or don a costume and be involved as a participant enjoying the sites, sounds, and experiences of a 16th-Century European village.
There are over 100 vendors selling their wares in the faire’s Artisan Marketplace. Ten stages feature feats of skill, musical entertainment, comedy shows, and juggling throughout the day. There are also three jousting tournaments held daily.
Adults pay $22 for a one day pass; children 6-10 pay $10 each, and children under 6 receive free admission. Seniors get a discount of $2 per ticket, so they only pay $20 each. These prices include all taxes and fees. There are coupons and discounts that can save you money though.
